Where do you ship?
Currently, we only ship within Canada and to the United States.
What are your shipping costs?
All orders are shipped through Canada Post. At checkout, customers with Canadian addresses can selected either lettermail or expedited shipping.
Orders shipped via lettermail will be less expensive but please note they will not include tracking or insurance. If your order gets lost in the mail using this option, we will be unable to refund you. However, we've yet to have any orders get lost in the mail!
Orders shipped with expedited shipping will be tracked and insured. If any orders go missing using this shipping method, I will refund or resend your order (as long as the missing items are still in stock).
Customers in Edmonton, Alberta are also welcome to select local pickup! Once your order is placed, I'll get in touch with you to arrange a pickup date.
All orders shipped to the United States will include tracking and insurance. Lonely Coyote Co. is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred.
